• There’s nothing awesome about losing an hour of sleep, and having only one day to catch up on that lost hour is even less awesome. So if you’re exhausted today, I totally understand. HealthDay published a nice piece over the weekend with tips to help you adjust to the one-hour time change. Including: for the next two weeks after Daylight Saving, get up five minutes earlier every couple of days. Don’t eat within a few hours of bedtime, and definitely don’t use your computer within an hour of when you’d like to hit the sack. Check out more sleep-better tips here.
