• Boogie at an African Groove Workshop hosted by Philly Dance Fitness.

• Learn the Chi Running forward-lean technique at a free workshop at Philadelphia Runner. RSVP to outreach@philadelphiarunner.com.

Sunday

• Take a yoga and tea workshop in Manayunk and sample some yummy Japanese green teas.

• Squeeze in under the early-bird-registration wire for the Runner’s World Half Marathon. After March 5th, registration increases $5. Update: Runner’s World just tweeted at Be Well Philly that they’ve extended early-bird pricing for the race through March 12th! So now you have a few more days to decide.
