Last Week at Chick’s Social

After six years Chick’s Social is closing. But the bar at 7th and Kater isn’t going out quietly. Tuesday and Wednesday will feature the $18 lobster bake (reservations required and close Monday at 5 p.m.). Also back is George, bartender, server and all-around enjoyable guy. He’ll be working Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Katie Loeb, who put herself and Chick’s on the map years ago will be bartending on Friday and Saturday nights.
