First Look at United By Blue’s New Shop

A peek at the eco-friendly brand's brick-and-mortar—plus the scoop on their style-centric designs for next year.

United By Blue‘s new Old City flagship is as cool as you’d imagine it would be: Everything in the shop was salvaged (mostly from Samuel Machinery Co., just a few streets away) and crafted by hand—from the massive dark wood bar to the wash basin light fixtures. And it’s all for sale, too. (Yep, even the bar. Keep reading for the price tag on that one.)

You’ll want to stop in for the roasted-in-Fishtown ReAnimator coffee and the cronuts from Frangelli’s Bakery (UBB is the only spot in Old City that has ’em), but don’t leave without checking out the waxed-canvas bags and the ultra-soft graphic tees. Bonus: For every product sold, UBB removes one pound of trash from the world’s waterways. Check out more details from the shop below, including a behind-the-scenes look at what the UBB team has coming up.
