This week we head out to the home of the 2016 NCAA Men’s Basketball Champions for Main Line Monday to highlight an utterly charming house in Villanova. It’s got four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,400 square feet, and it is currently on sale for $674,900.

Any conversation regarding this Tudor home has to begin with the exterior. It has cream stucco with blue wood-beam accents, a color combination that you don’t see very often. There are also green shutters and a green arched doorway that lends a fairy tale cottage vibe. The tall, singular stone chimney only adds to that. We also love the patio that it has out back. About the only downside of the exterior is that it sits on a relatively small lot: only 0.27 acres.

Inside, it is a pleasantly updated home. It’s headlined by an especially spacious kitchen, part of a new kitchen/family room addition at the back, that has butcher block counters, stainless steel appliances and built-in pantry cabinetry that runs from the floor to the ceiling. There’s also a living room with hardwood floors and a gas fireplace. On the second level there are two family bedrooms, the master bedroom and a bathroom with a frameless glass tub/shower enclosure. There’s a third-floor suite with its own bathroom that can be converted to a master suite as well.
