Since telling you about Jon Runyan‘s ginormous New Jersey estate back in October, some things surrounding the property have changed. First, the green Birds regalia that once festooned the great room – which comes with a sports bar, naturally –  has come down. And second, the property, once listed for $5.8 million, is now going for $4.5 million.

Other than that, everything else has pretty much kept itself constant: the hatched roof Tiki hut,  the swimming pool, the seven-car garage. The house, designed by David Donachy and Christopher Caulder, also continues to boast a slew of details: Peruvian Travertine, custom ironwork, limestone cast stone, and zoned radiant heat. Moreover, the manse contains three home offices and five, count ’em, five, master suites, plus the two guest suites.

Additional features of note:

  • Two master chef’s kitchens
  • Outdoor fireplace and fire pits
  • Three home offices
  • Raised panel library
  • Music room
