1910 Rittenhouse Square is back in the news again. Recently listed for a cool $7.5 million, the mansion–one of only four townhouses on Rittenhouse Square–is now available as an ultra high-end rental, like the $20,000 per month type of stratosphere. You may recall it was once dubbed “Philadelphia’s Most Extravagant Townhouse” by Plum TV and is pretty much the closest thing we have to a can’t-miss gallery.

Interestingly enough, the listing states it’s a minimum two-year commitment. Here’s how that breaks out, you know, in the event you’re in the market for one of Philly’s most exclusive rentals:

$20,000 per month for the first year escalating to $22,500 per month in year two.

The cool part is that the rental listing gives us a glimpse at the bathrooms, something that wasn’t shown a few weeks back. Lest you forget, the house also features multiple fireplaces, a hand painted ceiling in the dining room, a custom art installation by Charles Ross in the stairway atrium, a large media room with projection screen and built-in wood cabinets and a one-of-a-kind master suite that boasts curved walls and three lovely porthole-like windows that look out onto Rittenhouse Square.

THE FINE PRINT:
Beds: 4
Baths: 3.3
Square Feet: 5,488 plus 1,475 (lower level)
Price: $20,000 per month in year one, $22,500 per month in year two
Additional Info: Private, underground 2-car tandem garage accessed via Manning Street, custom iron front door by Bob Phillips, one of only four townhomes on Rittenhouse Square
