Michael Salove, the head of MSC, is a force to be reckoned with in Philadelphia retail and restaurant real estate–consulting, leasing, advising, selling, you name it. He’s a busy guy, but he does get some downtime, during which he enjoys indulging in serious coffee consumption (anything but Starbucks), scanning the shelves at AIA Bookstore and being with Zara, his goldendoodle, who he likens to a polar bear.
