How to Get a FREE Indochino Suit for Your Wedding Day

Hint: It involves proposing in one.

There’s no way around it — weddings are EXPENSIVE. Especially in Philadelphia. According to WeddingWire’s 2017 Newlywed Report, Philly had the sixth highest average wedding cost in 2016, beating out Miami, Los Angeles, and even Houston. So we won’t judge if you take advantage of the occasional contest or giveaway to help lower costs. Last week, we told you that Philly jeweler Safian & Rudolph is giving away a free engagement ring to one lucky couple. Today, we’re here to say that custom suiting company Indochino — you can check them out in Philly at 1606 Chestnut Street and King of Prussia Mall — is giving away free two-piece suits for a few lucky spouses-to-be.

Here’s how to get one for yourself:

1) Buy a new Indochino suit between now and December 31st, 2017. Yes, it’s kind of a bummer that you have to buy a suit in order to get a free one, but the good news is that their Black Friday deal doesn’t expire until this Thursday, November 30th, and suits in that sale are available for up to 70 percent off.

2) Propose to your partner wearing your new suit by Valentine’s Day. (If there was ever a good enough reason to buy a suit besides your wedding, this has to be it, right?)

3) Share a photo or video of you popping the question in a publicly available Facebook or Instagram post by 11:59 p.m. EST on February 14th, 2018.

4) Tag @Indochino in your post and use the hashtag #TheProposal, and be one of the first two hundred people to do it.

Does this contest involve a commercial brand co-opting your personal milestone for their own marketing purposes? Yes. But let’s face it — you were gonna Insta that proposal no matter what. And Indochino suits are pretty slick. Like we said at the beginning — we aren’t judging if you decide to participate. Head here for the full terms and conditions.
