7 Reasons Why You Don’t Want to Miss this Philly Wedding Event

We’re admittedly a little biased, but Philadelphia Wedding magazine’s Brides, Bubbly & Brunch is one of the most fun (and easiest!) ways to start planning your Philadelphia wedding while enjoying a fun afternoon with your mom, girlfriends, or even fiancé(e). Here are seven reasons why you don’t want to miss it.

1. There will be a fashion show.
This is NEW to Brides Bubbly this year, and we’re really, really excited about it. Sit front row to watch gorgeous bridal gowns from Lovely Bride and Elizabeth Johns, bridesmaid dresses from Bella Bridesmaids, and mother-of-the-bride gowns from Bloomingdale’s parade down the runway. The show starts promptly at 11:30, so be sure you’re on time.

2. You can meet with dozens of Philly wedding pros without having to schedule a single appointment.
Real talk: I am planning a wedding right now and it is TOUGH to find time to meet with potential vendors. Their schedules are just as busy as ours, and they also like to avoid working on the weekends whenever possible. Fortunately, over 30 of Philly’s best wedding professionals in different categories — including beauty, cakes, invitations, fitness, and more — will be showing off their work and available for on-the-spot meetings at Brides Bubbly. SO much easier than coordinating Google calendars, don’t you think?

3. You can also meet our magazine editorial team.
Both myself and newly-minted deputy editor Marina Lamanna will be hanging out and available to answer any pressing (or not-so-pressing) questions you have about wedding planning. If you’re interested in learning how to publish your big day with us, we’d also love to discuss that, too. :)

4. Yummy brunch food and champs.
Let’s be honest—brunch is the best meal of the week. We’ll have delicious brunch and bites prepared by Catering by Design for you, plus sparkling glasses of Anna de Codorniu and Blanc de Bleu bubbly.
