Have You Seen This Precious Photo of Joe Biden Officiating His First Wedding?
It really doesn’t get any sweeter than this: Two longtime White House staffers tied the knot on Monday and their wedding was officiated by none other than Vice President Joe Biden, who hosted the intimate ceremony at his home at the U.S. Naval Observatory in Washington, D.C.
The VP—and first-time officiant!—posted a precious photo to Twitter to congratulate newlyweds Brian Mosteller and Joe Mahshie (the former is the special assistant to President Obama and director of Oval Office Operations while the latter is Michelle Obama’s trip coordinator). Join us in awwww-ing:
