The mom, nature lover and Olympic soccer gold medalist on why Longwood Gardens is a big splash with her, hubby A.J. Feeley and their three kids.

Why Longwood Gardens?
It’s probably my kids’ favorite place to go. You never think your kids would have that much fun at a garden.
First visit?
Around Christmas last year. My son was big into Thomas the Tank Engine, and they had a huge exhibit. Then we found out they had carolers and fire pits and a beer garden. I got a membership.
How about those fountains?
It’s like what you’d see at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. The kids think it’s the greatest thing ever.
What’s A.J.’s favorite part?
That our kids are completely entertained [laughs]. It’s like a water park and a jungle gym for them — while we get to sit or walk around and enjoy ourselves. It’s a win-win.
