Watch Anne Hathaway Sing “Happy Birthday” to a Temple Student

The Academy Award–winning actress visited Temple to campaign for Hillary Clinton and appeared in many, many selfies.

Actress Anne Hathaway visited Temple University today as part of a get-out-the-vote effort for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, and she ended up taking many, many selfies with enthusiastic students.

The Princess of Genovia even serenaded one elated student, Ewan Johnson, for his birthday.

Hathaway’s visit to Temple is over, but if you act fast, you might still be able to see her campaigning at 3 p.m. today in Phoenixville at 167 Bridge Street. She’s made a number of other stops so far, including at Bryn Mawr College and at a Clinton campaign office in Ardmore.

Hathaway is one of several actresses to campaign in Philadelphia recently, including Natalie Portman (who was here last month) and Elizabeth Banks.

The actress doesn’t seem opposed to jumping right into crowds and posing for some photos.
