Amber Alert Issued for Baby Kidnapped From King of Prussia Mall [UPDATED]
UPDATE, 10:30 p.m.: According to the Upper Merion police, Ahsir Simmons has been found safe:

ORIGINAL: The Upper Merion Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a 7-week-old baby kidnapped from the King of Prussia Mall on Thursday evening.
The incident occurred just before 5:45 p.m. Police say that the woman in the photo was last seen carrying the infant boy near the Bonefish Grill.
The suspect is described as a 25-30 year old black female with purple and black dreadlocks, wearing a light colored shirt, dark pants, and sneakers and carrying an orange purse:
The child was wearing a bright orange shirt and blue jeans.
