But the councilman is alive and well and not at all stranded in the Philippines.

No, Kenyatta Johnson does not need your money. No, he is not stranded in the Philippines. And yes, an old email account of his was hacked.

Which explains why a number of his constituents this week received emails from the councilman, begging for help getting out of the Pacific island nation. Passyunk Post first reported the hacking on Thursday.
