Kathryn Knott Trial Date Set

Defendant Kathryn Knott has been assigned a trail date for her alleged involvement in the 2014 attack of two gay men in Center City.

Knott will appear in court on December 9 at 9 am according to the official court docket. Judge Roxanne Covington has been assigned to her case.

Knott is the only one of three defendants who did not take a plea bargain. Her fellow defendants, Kevin Harrigan and Philip Williams, pleaded guilty on October 15 and received no jail time.

The three are accused of aggravated assault and recklessly endangering two gay men during a September 2014 attack which left both men badly injured.
