Continuing Rain Results in Flood Watches

Fox 29 says the current steady rain that started Tuesday night will continue through Thursday, creating flood watches throughout the area. “We are expecting heavy rain moving in the area. The showers are expected to continue during the Phillies Wednesday Night game lingering into Thursday.  We will see 2-4 inches of rainfall with the heaviest rainfall north and west.  … This complex storm system will be with us over the next few days because it is moving very slowly from west to east.
