Former Penn State Officials: We Need More Info on the Sandusky Charges

Graham Spanier, Tim Curley and Gary Schultz ask a court to order a "bill of particulars."

Honestly, the Nittany Lion just wants all of this to be over.

AP reports that former Penn State officials Graham Spanier, Tim Curley and Gary Schultz are asking a judge to order a “bill of particulars” that would force prosecutors to outline in detail the case they plan to make at trial. The men are waiting trial on charges they hid evidence from investigators and lied to grand jurors about what they knew about child-molestation allegations against Jerry Sandusky. “We always attempt to provide not only everything that we are legally obligated to provide, but if there are additional things to aid in the defense so there is a fair trial, we will do that,” said Joe Peters, a spokesman for the attorney general’s office.
