Woman Issued Ticket When 2-Year-Old Son Pees on South Street
A Philadelphia woman was ticketed for public urination this week because her 2-year-old son peed on a light post on South Street. The woman says that she and her kids were shopping on South Street and the clothing store they were in wouldn’t let her youngest son use the restroom. She instructed her son to go over to a grassy patch and pee on a traffic light pole because he couldn’t hold it any longer. A police officer wrote her a $50 ticket and supposedly gave her a lecture on parenting. [NBC Philadelphia]
