Worker Falls to Death From Jefferson Hospital Building

A contractor working on the Jefferson Hospital building slipped and fell to his death on Friday morning. The 39-year-old man was working on the roof, eight stories up, when he fell. Authorities pronounced him dead at the scene at 10th and Sansom. His name has not been released and an investigation is under way. [Philly.com]
