Someone Stole a Screech Owl

Someone stole (birdnapped?) a screech owl from a center in Jersey that rehabilitates injured birds. “Simon” was hit by a car six years ago and has since been recovering. The founder of the center says that no charges will be pressed if the bird is returned unharmed. [FOX 29]
