Preliminary Hearing Delayed for Ex-Prosecutor

To continue today’s anti-climatic courtroom news, former Delaware County assistant district attorney Michael Donohue will have to wait a little longer for his preliminary hearing. A continuance was issued while the court sorts out whether or not a judge from a difference county should preside over the hearing. Donohue has been charged with a hit-and-run that injured a Haverford teenager early last month. [Inquirer]
