Arlene Ackerman’s Public Response. Queen Arlene agreed to an exclusive interview with NBC10’s Lu Ann Cahn in an effort to defend her unemployment claim. She says that her entire ordeal took its toll, that she lost 20 pounds from the stress, that she would come back to the district if she could (we’re good, thanks) and that she’s writing a book.
