Navy Yard Is Getting a Marriott
168-room hotel planned
The Philadelphia Navy Yard will get its first hotel in the form of a 168-room Courtyard Marriott that is hoped to be ready by early 2013. Liberty Property Trust unveiled a plan to bring a corporate center to the Navy Yard back in 2004 and the Marriott is a part of that plan. [CBS 3]
