Martinez and Utley Lift Phils With Late-Inning Heroics. The Phils couldn’t get to Cubs starter Matt Garza through the first seven innings last night. But, Utley’s double in the eighth and Martinez’s in the ninth proved to be enough to help the Phils come back and get the win. Penn State Publishes Marcellus Shale Study. The updated report—to be released Wednesday—explains that the industry in Pennsylvania could be producing a quarter of the country’s natural gas power by 2020. Sadly, Talisman Terry the friendly frackosaurus doesn’t make a cameo in the report. [Inquirer]

Maternity Ward at Abington Memorial Gets Five-Star Rating. The website HealthGrades has published a report analyzing maternity wards and gynecological care and the rates of certain practices—like C-section deliveries—at hospitals across the country. Montco’s Abington Memorial Hospital earned a five-star rating for its maternity ward. [WHYY]

Boeing Lands Contract With Delaware County. Boeing has agreed to a $4.4 million contract to install, operate and maintain surveillance systems along portions of the Delaware River. The contract is a multi-year deal and should be handled by Boeing—which employs about 6,000 people in Ridley—without any additional hires. [Philadelphia Business Journal]

More Than 100 Residents Protest Meth Clinic in Holmesburg. The Healing Way clinic is planned to move into a location at Frankford and Decatur in Holmesburg. Yesterday, more than 100 people protested the addition of the methadone clinic to their neighborhood. [Philly.com]

Police Have Named a Suspect in the Society Hill Attacks. While they have not officially connected Willie Wyche to all of the incidents, they are looking for him in relation to the attack on July 10th. [FOX 29]
