Mayor Nutter and Radio Stations Join for IPledge
City launches campaign against violence
Mayor Nutter has launched his IPledge campaign against city violence. He’s working in cooperation with Clear Channel, Radio One and WURD in an effort to get city residents—specifically youths—to pledge to live in peace. The Scoop will hop on board and pledge to not participate in any violent flash mobs, bite anyone’s ear off or shoot anyone over a parking spot. [NBC Philadelphia]
