A USA Today survey lists 27 greenest cities and Philly made the cut
While Travel + Leisure may rank Philly as dirty, USA Today says its rather green. A recent survey shows that Philly is number 13 on the list of the 27 greenest cities in North America. And while some major American cities like New York, L.A. and Chicago edged out Philadelphia, the City of Brotherly Love was ranked above major metropolises Dallas, Houston, Miami, Orlando and Phoenix.
