Country’s Tallest Building Needs Tenants
Of course, it's still a parking lot
You may remember hearing about the American Commerce Center, a 1500-foot skyscraper slated for the corner of 18th and Arch streets, first proposed back in 2008. If it ever gets built, the ACC will be the tallest building in the country—at least until the completion of One World Trade Center, which will best the ACC by more than 200 feet. In any event, don’t hold your breath. The ACC is still looking for tenants. [PlanPhilly]
