While the former candidate for city controller is no stranger to kitschy online publicity — remember when he made a video game to fight The Tax Monster? — today the Scoop brings you his latest attempt to engage people. Yesterday, Mandel created an Auto-Tuned video featuring Mandel outright patronizing Michael Nutter for his budget plans.
