And they're kicking off with some of the most anticipated vendors this week.

Just as the news about tenants slated for the newly renovated Bourse Food Hall trickled out over months, the stalls are finally starting to softly open, a few at a time.

Menagerie Coffee was first last week. As of today, Lalo, fast casual Filipino comfort food from the Pelago crew, and Mighty Melt, the grilled cheese concept from Chris DiPiazza of Mighty Bread Co. and Stargazy’s Sam Jacobson, are in business. Tomorrow, Korean taco spot Takorean and scratch bakery Barry’s Buns will open. And Bronze Table by Vera Pasta, a fast-casual made-to-order pasta concept, is set to open on Saturday.

Keep in mind that these are all soft openings, so hours and menus are somewhat limited. Vendors — there are 30 altogether — will continue to open in the weeks leading up to the food hall’s grand opening celebration on Thursday, November 15th.
