Jamonera Celebrating 4th Birthday With Special Menu
Spanish tapas restaurant and #41 of our 50 Best Restaurants List, Jamonera is celebrating its 4th birthday with a special menu that includes a collection of their most popular picks from the last four years.
The birthday bash takes place this Friday, January 15th, and Saturday, January 16th.
Here’s what’s going to be served:
Spanish deviled egg, crispy pork belly, smoked pimenton
(vegetarian option available)
Seasonal oyster, cava gelee, shallot
Garlic shrimp, brandade, roasted peppers
Calamares en su Tinta
Calamari fried in its own ink, lemon aioli, crispy garlic chip
Maple toast, wild mushrooms, amontillado reduction, hazelnuts
Pig Tail Tosta
Piperade barbecue sauce, pickled cabbage, toasted brioche
Spanish donuts, coffee spiced sugar, dulce de leche
The food will be prepared by executive chef Marcie Turney and chef de cuisine Lindsay McClain. The price will be $40 per person, and reservations can be made here.
