Matyson BYOB is not so much a BYOB on Tuesday, November 4th. They’ll be hosting a wine dinner with Greg Moore from Moore Brothers Wine, complete with 5 full courses and pairings.

Frisee & Endive Salad
Poached pear, goat cheese, duck confit, spiced walnuts

Tuna Tartare
Yellow tomato jam, sweet soy, black rice cracker, pickled red onion, sesame vinaigrette

Pan Roasted Halibut
Creamy white bean ragout, jumbo lump crab, grilled escarole, pancetta lardons, lobster demi

Braised Beef Cheek
Roasted mushrooms, tarragon, sherry, radish, potato crumb, bull’s blood

Apple Galette
Caramel ice cream, rum raisin

There will be two dinners held, one starting at 6 p.m. and another starting at 9 p.m.
