National Escargot Day at Bistrot La Minette

The celebration of the end of escargot harvesting season in France brings us National Escargot Day and Bistrot La Minette is celebrating with an escargot menu on May 23rd and 24th. Instead of the restaurant’s traditional Escargots de Bourgogne dish they will be spotlighting the Wild Burgundy Snail with their four course menu.

For $35 you can try all four courses, including three escargot dishes and a dessert, or for $50 you can have the four courses with a wine pairing to boot.
