Cookies Three Ways, Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich Saves Lunch

Insomnia Cookies is handing out coupons around Center City for a free cookie at their new 16th Street store. But a disappointing lunch had me craving something more. The ice cream cookie sandwich fit the bill. Double Chocolate Chunk on the bottom, Hershey’s Cookie Dough ice cream in the middle and topped with a Chocolate Chunk cookie. $4 later I was much happier with lunch.
