Should Starr Consider the Burbs?

Kelly Rowell is petitioning Stephen Starr to come to the Main Line. Starr has previously stated “the image of the company may be a bit tarnished by being in the suburbs.” But that was a couple years ago before the economy really dropped off and Starr opened the likes of Pizzeria Stella.
What do you think, would/should Stephen Starr go to the suburbs?
