Talula’s Table Split

Michael Klein reports Bryan Sikora and Aimee Olexy, the couple behind Talula’s Table have split. The Kennett Square market and cafe is continuing with Olexy and chefs Matthew Moon, Joshua Behm, and John Patterson running the ship. In fact, this has been the arrangement for awhile now and the feedback we’ve heard has been as good as ever.

Sikora has joined SoDel Concepts as corporate chef. SoDel runs five restaurants along the Delaware shore. Sikora will continue to have a “creative and supportive role in limitation” at Talula’s.
