Amada to Host Beer Dinner


On Monday, March 8th Amada and Stoudt’s Brewing will be combining for a five-course beer dinner for $65 per person. Carol Stoudt will cohost the dinner with chef de cuisine Macgregor Mann and will focus on Andalusian tapas.

Bock paired with American “Brie Style” Cheese in Coral Form with Almond Cracker

Double IPA paired with “Hopped” Organic Egg, Black Garlic Puree, Crispy Bacon and Smoked Trout Roe

Fat Dog Stout paired with Malt Braised Venison Leg and Caramelized Yogurt

Old Abominable Barley Wine paired with Dulce de Leche
