Woo hoo, celebrate you Cedar Parkers, Brendan Hartranft and Leigh Maida of Memphis Taproom are headed to 44th and Spruce to take over Kelliann’s. The new bar will be known as Local 44 and will focus on beer and pub grub suitable for a neighborhood bar.
