Beer Dinner At Blush
Sly Foxâ€™s Brewmaster Brian Oâ€™Reilly, and Blush Executive Chef Nick Farina will host a five course beer tasting dinner. The menu will include scallop tamales, venison, rib eye and chocolate raspberry sâ€™mores and Sly Fox beers like Saison, Weisse and Black Raspberry Reserve. Expand your beer knowledge as each delicious course is paired with an outstanding beer, demonstrating how various beers can enhance a food’s unique flavor.
Seatings will begin at 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm at Blush on North Merion Avenue, in the heart of Bryn Mawr. This exciting event is $55 per person.
