Tria Cider Tasting
There are still a few seats available for the Tria Fermentation Classroom’s course tonight on cider.
Instructor: Lousia Spencer of New Hampshire’s Farnum Hill Ciders will be guiding students through a tasting of Farnum Hill’s ciders. And these aren’t any ordinary ciders, these complex and dry ciders can be found on the menu of discerning wine bars like Tinto.
Course runs from 6:30 to 8:00 PM. $40 per attendee.
