From The Zoning Board Notices

Coming up in the next couple of weeks the following will be going in front of the Zoning Board.

Buffalo Billiards is seeking to add a second story roof deck to their Chestnut Street frontage.

And Goldman Properties is expanding from their foothold on 13th between Chestnut and Sansom Streets. At 1130-32 Chestnut Street their looking for a permit/certificate for a restaurant with seating for more than 30 and a new retail clothing store next door.
