13 Dollar Tree Stores Coming to Philly Region

The discount retailer is expanding.

Dollar Tree is expanding in the Philadelphia region and beyond.

The discount retailer will open 13 new locations in Philly, Bucks County, Delaware County, Lehigh County and Lackawanna County, according to a statement from Metro Commercial Real Estate which negotiated the deals.

One Philly location will be on N. Broad Street and the other is in Northeast Philly.

Here’s a full list of locations and their approximate square footage: 

Bethlehem: 6,126 SF

Bethlehem: 16,646 SF

Allentown: 8,600 SF

Bensalem: 11,600 SF

Chester: 13,500 SF

Fairless Hills: 11,000 SF

Levittown: 12,000 SF

Philadelphia: 9,970 SF at 3854 Morrell Ave

Philadelphia: 10,600 SF at N. Broad St.

Woodlyn: 12,100 SF

Dickson City: 9,975 SF

South Hampton: 8,980 SF
