While this seems like a never-ending winter, warmer weather is on its way. (We think. We hope.) But while the weather is just barely getting to that point where we can contemplate the thought of being outdoors, there are a number of rooftop yoga events on the horizon that we’re jazzed about, even if it looks like spring is one big April Fool’s joke this year.

To kick off the rooftop yoga season, The Positivity Charge is hosting a Rooftop Yoga Experience at The Yard in Midtown Village on Thursday, May 3. The evening kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with a soul-quenching 45-minute yoga flow with the fabulous Adriana Adelé.

After you’re all chilled out, Positivity Charge co-founder Parisha Smith will lead a talk on body positivity — specifically examining the difference between body confidence and body obsession. And because every good wellness event involves food, Sweetgreen will be providing 16-ounce salad for all in attendance — and vegan, vegetarian, and meat-y options are all on the table. Plus, Athleta will have a surprise giveaway for one special attendee.

Tickets for this rooftop yoga and wellness event are $35 a pop, and being there will also score you a discount on tickets for The Positivity Charge’s wellness retreat going down in June. And important note: Make sure to bring your yoga mat to this evening of wellness.

The Yard is located at 21 South 11th Street in Midtown Village.
