This Meditation Class by a Pool Looks SO Soothing

Get in on this guided meditation series taking place by a blue-lit pool.

During this time of year, your zen can evaporate the second you start attempting to navigate the King of Prussia Mall (or is that just me?). Consider the Rittenhouse Spa and Club‘s new meditation series your ticket to re-centering in the midst of all of the holiday hullabaloo.

The classes, which take place in the spa’s pool area (water is supposed to be super calming, right?) will be led by one of the certified yoga instructors on staff, who happens to specialize in meditation. Bring your own mat to this hour-long zen session at the Rittenhouse Spa, located at 210 West Rittenhouse Square, and hopefully, you’ll leave with a calm mind.

The next sessions for this meditation series take place on December 19th and January 18th, at 6 p.m. And, if you think about it, these dates are prime time before and after the holidays to reset, recenter and refocus. Grab your tickets here for $10 per class. The class is technically free, though: That $10 reservation fee can be used as a credit towards all salon and spa services (#winning).
