Cancel your Friday-night plans, runners: The next #NIGHTSHIFTPHL, the free pop-up runs for night owls, is going down tomorrow night. This time around, Jon Lyons of Run215 and Suzanne Allaire of the November Project are taking runners to Manayunk for the sweaty shenanigans.

Here’s the deal: The run will kick off tomorrow evening somewhere in Manayunk. The exact start location and time are a secret, but it’s a night run (duh) and they tell us they’ve chosen a spot very close to the Regional Rail station to make it convenient for people taking the train in. When it comes to the run, you can expect LOTS of hills (hey, it IS Manayunk, after all), plus mid-run workouts led by Allaire. The theme of the run is all things summer, so naturally, water guns are strongly encouraged. Pacers will be equipped with water guns as well, Lyons says. And you can expect summer-themed jams to be blasting throughout.

The run will end at The Ugly Moose, a pub at 443 Shurs Lane, where you can expect drink specials. The start location and time info will be announced on Run215.com tonight at 9 p.m. Have fun, runners!
