Good news for all the 9-to-5 folks working in Center City: You can consider a big chunk of your springtime post-work workouts covered. Dilworth Park will be hosting a slew of free fitness classes — from boot camps to runs to Zumba and more — this spring. And most of the classes on the March roster begin right after work, at around 6 or 6:30 p.m. Perfect timing, eh?

There are nine fitness classes for adults on the schedule this March. You can also soak up some fitness knowledge during their midday Lunch & Learn segments, in which personal trainers and fitness gurus will spill their top-secret training tips. And all the folks who want to start biking to work this spring, but are a bit fearful of city streets, can up their city-biking know-how during at an urban riding basics class taught by the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia.

The free outdoor workouts will kick off March 17th, and most don’t require registration. You can head over here to check out the full rundown of March’s events. And after you look at the schedule, let out a giddy squeal knowing that there are even more free fitness classes slated to fill the schedule in April.
