You guys, this could quite possibly be the most scenic bike ride you ever take, like, ever:  On September 20th and 21st, the Pedaling Through Our National Parks Bike Ride will take on over 60-miles of trails throughout three national parks around Philly—the Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site, Valley Forge National Historical Park and Independence National Historical Park. Just think of all the Instagram gold to be had!

The ride will leave from Hopewell Furnace at 9 a.m. on the 20th, then cyclists will make their way through Valley Forge, and after about 60 miles of cycling over the course of two days, the ride will end at Independence National Park. And if 60 miles of biking in one weekend sounds a bit, well, exhausting, no worries: Riders can opt to take on the full two-day ride, or register for one day, where you’ll tackle a shorter 30 miles of trails.

Registration is $100 for the weekend and $55 for a single day, and the cost includes a light breakfast, lunch, park programs and a shuttle back to your car at the end of the day. All proceeds from the ride will benefit the Schuylkill River Heritage Area. You can find more info and register here.
