Tour de France Ride This Sunday at Body Cycle Studio
Short of, you know, actually pedaling in the Tour de France, this is a pretty epic way to celebrate the end of the race: with a 75-minute Tour de France-themed ride on Sunday at 9 a.m. at Body Cycle Studio.
Instructor Hayley Germack has cooked up a ride that will simulate the final circuit of the last leg of the Tour, with climbs, flat roads and downgrades with resistance that mimic the real course. Participants are encouraged to come kitted-up in their country’s colors. One lucky rider will win a three-class pack for classes at Body Cycle. No word on whether anyone will also win a yellow jersey, but in true Tour fashion I think someone totally should, right?
