Last month, the Blue Cross Broad Street Run was the culmination of many months of training for a record number of you. With the race behind us—and the bathing suit season officially before us—now is the perfect time to reignite your exercise routine.

Join Independence Blue Cross for another marquee event to help you do just that! Be Well Philly Boot Camp on June 7 is a one-day, one-stop-shop for all things to help you look and feel great, from guest speakers and a vendor marketplace, to healthy cooking demos and a robust lineup of classes.

Try new workouts from some of our favorite local studios and gyms and you’ll find ways to stay inspired—all summer long. After all, one of the best ways to break through workout boredom or a weight-loss plateau is to simply switch up what you’re doing. Be Well Philly Boot Camp attendees can tone and tighten with Barre sessions or lengthen and strengthen via mat Pilates. Adrenaline junkies can try their hands at the rock-climbing wall or an intense cycling ride on custom-engineered bikes. What’s more, Sweat Fitness is offering pop-up classes all day long from kickboxing to Zumba.

Outside, loosen up in the Subaru Fitness Tent with Vinyasa yoga or fun dance classes. Nearby, Unite Fitness will lead an outdoor cross-training group run through University City—be ready to say hello to box jumps and burpees!—while fans of Lithe Method will take to the pavement with an intense  speed-walking workout.

Lock in your spot today—and unlock the possibilities—for Be Well Philly Boot Camp: An Inspirational Health and Wellness Event for Women at the Drexel Recreation Center on Saturday, June 7 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Registration fee is $35 and a portion of all proceeds will benefit Back on My Feet charity.
