How to Do an Entire Workout in the Span of One Song

I would like to begin this blog post by saying that this is an idea so brilliant, I’m annoyed I didn’t think of it myself. But no matter! Credit where credit is due, right? Right.

Stop what you’re doing and check out Buzzfeed’s genius compilation of five one-song workouts, head-to-toe sweat sessions you can complete while you listen to a single song. The songs they picked include Icona Pop’s “I Love It” (which will now be stuck in my head for the rest of the day, thankyouverymuch), Jay Z’s “On to the Next One” and Kanye West’s “Power,” among others. Almost all the exercises use your own body weight for resistance, so you can pretty much do these workouts any time, anywhere.
